2. Order Processing

We recognize that equipment downtime impacts your productivity.

  • In-Stock Items: Most standard parts are processed, carefully packaged, and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.

  • Specialized Orders: For custom components or larger assemblies, our team will provide an estimated lead time within one business day of order receipt.

3. Shipping Methods

We tailor our logistics solutions based on the size, weight, and urgency of your order to ensure the best balance of cost and speed:

  • International Express (Recommended): Ideal for sensors, valves, and urgent maintenance kits. We partner with tier-one global logistics providers (such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS) to ensure your parts arrive within 3–7 business days to most worldwide locations.

  • Air & Sea Freight: For heavy-duty equipment, bulk orders, or complete overhaul kits, we offer freight solutions to optimize costs for larger shipments. Our team will coordinate with you to select the most efficient route.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Please be advised of the following regarding international trade:

  • Import Responsibilities: All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • Documentation: To assist with a smooth customs clearance process, we provide comprehensive commercial invoices and packing lists with every shipment. We recommend checking with your local customs authority regarding import regulations for industrial components prior to placing your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. This allows you to monitor the real-time status of your shipment from our facility to your doorstep, ensuring you can plan your maintenance schedule with confidence.

6. Packaging & Damage Claims

  • Industrial-Grade Packaging: We utilize robust, shock-absorbent, and moisture-resistant packaging that adheres to international shipping standards to ensure your components arrive in perfect condition.

  • Damaged Shipments: In the rare event that you receive a damaged package, please document the condition of the box and the product with photos immediately upon arrival. Notify our support team within 48 hours of receipt, and we will work with you to expedite a replacement or solution.
